Berkeley, CA: September 17, 2016 – Closing Day of the summer meet is Sunday, September 18 at Golden Gate Fields, which means horseplayers can take advantage of the mandatory payouts offered for the Pick 5, Super High 5 and the 20ยข Golden Pick 6.
The card will offer nine competitive races, beginning at 1:45pm PT, along with a large Golden Pick 6 jackpot of $79,914. The Golden Pick 6 will begin on Race 4 at approximately 3:15pm PT, with half of the races scheduled for the turf course.
In addition to mandatory payouts, Golden Gate Fields will offer a guaranteed $100,000 Late Pick 4 pool, which begins on Race 6 at approximately 4:15pm PT.
Following tomorrow’s card, racing will resume at Golden Gate Fields for the fall meet on October 20 and run through December 11.
